As a Principal at Berkeley Capital, Sam Khouri focuses on international LP introductions and real estate development advisory. Sam has extensive knowledge and experience in the hospitality, restaurant, and value–add commercial real estate spaces. He leverages that experience to provide Berkeley with deal flow in each of those asset classes.
After earning a bachelor’s degree in finance from Ohio University, Sam Khouri began his career in the hospitality industry, managing 4 restaurants and hundreds of employees. Over the years Sam has shifted his focus to the real estate side of the business, developing numerous restaurant and retail projects for tenants such as: Starbucks, Tim Hortons and O’Reillys Auto Parts.
Sam has an intrinsic love for real estate, relationships, and pivoting with the times. An entrepreneur at heart, Sam has thrived in handling the difficult task of managing businesses in multiple industries simultaneously.
In his off time, Sam enjoys time with his wife and two girls, trips to find the best food in different cities, and breaking bread with friends. He is a perpetual learner and reader and also mentors’ young entrepreneurs in the pursuit of success.
