After earning a bachelor’s degree in finance from Ohio University, Sam Khouri began his career in the hospitality industry, managing 4 restaurants and hundreds of employees. Sam transitioned into real estate, beginning first with large portfolios of value add and naturally including development into his experience. Sam served as the preferred developer for the largest Tim Hortons franchisee in the United States, as well as completed multiple historical redevelopments and tax credit syndicates. This diverse real estate background has given Sam a unique understanding of multiple segments and relationships within the real estate world.
Sam has an intrinsic love for real estate, relationships, and pivoting with the times. An entrepreneur at heart, Sam has thrived in handling the difficult task of managing businesses in multiple industries simultaneously.
In his off time, Sam enjoys time with his wife and two girls, trips to find the best food in different cities, and breaking bread with friends. He is a perpetual learner and reader, and also mentors young entrepreneurs in the pursuit of success.
