Rob Glickman provides strong leadership at Berkeley Capital as General Counsel, demonstrating keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills in all his roles, including chief legal counsel and deal structuring. His unparalleled expertise and advice have been essential to providing the firm with high-level strategies and risk management capabilities as a member of the Investment Committee.
Rob’s dedication to excellence makes him an integral player on the team. Rob is the Managing Principal and Senior Litigation Principal at McCarthy Lebit. Since joining the firm in 2004, Rob has litigated matters on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants in State and Federal Courts involving white collar crime, construction, securities, employment issues, intellectual property litigation, and professional negligence. Concurrently, Rob also carries an active alternative dispute resolution practice, serving as a private judge, arbitrator, or mediator in many different types of cases.
Rob graduated from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 1992. Prior to joining McCarthy Lebit in 2004, Rob has held a plethora of roles such as a Prosecutor, Judge, and an Adjunct Professor of law at Cleveland State University.
In his downtime, Rob enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters. Rob is also a frequent lecturer and panelist at various continuing education seminars.
