    Patrick is an advisor to Berkeley Capital. He is the founder and owner of a Senior Housing and Real Estate development firm. He brings market knowledge and investment opportunities to Berkeley.

     

    Founder and chairman of OMNI Property Companies and OMNI Senior Living, Pat has been a principal in real estate transactions exceeding US$4B. His consulting clients include many international and publicly traded companies as well as locally owned and operated businesses.

     

    He began what has become the OMNI portfolio when he obtained several student rental properties at the University of Akron while working toward his undergraduate degree in finance. He also became the youngest person, at age 18, to obtain a series seven license from the Securities and Exchange Commission, enabling him to act as a stockbroker during his college years. Chosen as one of Crain’s Cleveland Business magazine’s 40 under 40 in 1999 and selected for the Leadership Cleveland Class of 2004, Pat has chaired the Cleveland Young Presidents Organization, served as president of Cleveland’s Commercial Real Estate Association and chaired the board of North Coast Community Homes, a nonprofit housing organization serving approximately 1000 developmentally disabled residents. He has also served as a Burton D. Morgan Foundation trustee.
